Way to go team!

We'll have everyone here soon, and then when I figure out a site, we will really start our very own full scale forum. Heck, maybe we will even sell advertising. Maybe we will all be part of the next Craigslist internet success. You guys are all in on the ground floor.

well i guess it took hitting JS in the "mayor button" before moving him to comment on the censorship issue. Do we think HIS post will be removed??????? I'll be waiting to see what Milton does.

I understand that AdHominem kindly posted the Special Projects Reserve Fund .pdf public document files online for all to review. This was a wonderful action on his part, very civic minded, etc. he also paid for the conversion of the files TO .pdf, another example of his kindness and even-headedness.
Yet I understand that the Patriot editor deleted the .pdf address post.

I have contacted John Luciew to pitch this whole story at him, and we will see. Somebody might consider a strong letter to the editor on this.

But regardless of whether that John writes something, I ask AdHominem to keep posting that address again and again. I myself would like to know the address.

There is nothing wrong with providing a link for more information, and we should not be cowed by these deletes.

We should also consider a poster campaign to hold the Patriot to task. I would be happy to design some. Lets make this newsworthy, and show the cost of censorship in a free democracy.

Hey Everyone:
Check out PennLive today, a post from Jason Smith finally appeared after more than a week of absence. And look at the subject matter, the deletion of posts! So he must have been reading OUR comments, either here or on the forum? Anyway, he's wanting some response from us in the form of a posting campaign against the Patriot. Someone that is still able to post on PL needs to respond...I can't, I'm banned. What do you think? Should we join him in this campaign. I think it rather fortuitous he should come up with this approach just when we are getting this alternative web site together? Or am I just being paranoid? What are your thoughts?

I think he means actual posters - you know, like we did in grammar school.

I seem to be totally banned. I even tried using a different computer and creating a new identity, with a different email address. No go.

I think the best approach is to start agitating up the chain of command. I am working on an As I See It article. I am calling in the big guns in DC (I was waiting to see how far Milton would go)

Don't kid youself. Jason doesn't care about our plight. I might sound negative, but I'm sure he's just unaware of it. His post is solely in reference to the documents posted Re: the mayor.

I'd bet my toilet that he doesn't know (or if he does know he doesn't care) about the drama over the last week or so.

But he's involved now, so I'll stop picking.

Well, I stand corrected.

Jason's post was removed by Milton. Don't know when, but as of 8:56 am, it's not there!

If you don't like the way PennLive.com treats you, why do you hang out there? They have just as much right to police their forums in a manner that they consider to be appropriate as you do to ask (or order) an unwelcome guest to leave your house.

Hey, anon - come up with a new post, will ya? Or just go away.

Thanks.

To everyone else - not sure how and/or why, but I can post, so let me know what you want me to put up there.

How bizzare- to post the same thing again. Oh, well, it just increases out post average. Let's post the address again, maybe some others will come over

BTW - I guess everyone else is still banned? The only familiar name I see is Sherlock and he's still somewhat newish...either that or everyone else is posting and then being deleted right away, like Jason? I dunno. But as long as I can put this address up there I am going to. Even though I know it's just going to be there until Milton gets back to his miserable existence at his old metal desk in the basement.

He does not have much of an imagination either. That, or he wants me to ban anonymous posts, so I look like a censor. Better come up with a more offensive post, then, Milton-baby

HBG1 - did you notice that our friend posted his trite comment on every page of your blog? Must be Milton. He's bored cuz no one is posting on his forum anymore.

No, I hadn't noticed - I think he wants to be deleted - to show us some sort of lesson. I'm not biting

I see some irony in the post[s] by "anonymous". Asking us why we post and then defending them...yet all done here.

Interestingly, if anonymous IS a pennlive "milton," note that the post wouldn't make it past pennlive censors. The ONLY place "anonymous" could post those comments for us to see is here.

So sad censorship is.

I can't think of anyone else who would bother posting in that manner other than Milton...

AdH - what are you doing posting? Aren't you supposed to be doing something today? ;)
