On fish forks and other implements of civilization

Today's New York Times has a great article on the merits of the right tools for eating a fine meal. Yes, sterling is back. To that I say it's about time. I was beginning to think only I and a handful of others even knew what a fish fork was.

Nice! I love the fish fork. And the fish knife. And knife rests. And soup spoons, which, incidentally, should never touch one's lips, but I am sure you knew that! LOL!

LOL...Nothing like cooking an animal over a fire and cutting off a chunk of meat with my trusty knife...guess I'm not a "fish fork" kinda guy.
