I don't know exactly what to think of this website, which was first linked from the Harrisburg Forum on PennLive, but I will do some checking on the credibility of the editors and writers. There does seem to be an undercurrent of discontent in this city:

Anniken Davenport is an attorney and writer. She has served as a medical board prosecutor and directed the Wilson College Legal Studies Program for five years. She is currently working on a book on the medical malpractice crisis and is the author of the textbook Basic Criminal Law published by Pearson/PrenticeHall. She is an adjunct instructor of business law at Harrisburg Area Community College.
