Harrisburg plans
I hate to be a wet blanket, but the mayor's last plan is really ridiculous. We're going to build a city on a platform? The drawings in the Patriot look like something out of the Jetsons. And as usual, no funding is lined up for the project.

Well, I have to agree with you on this one. Who the heck is going to build a city on a platform. How about developing the empty lots we already have first - then worry about expanding. It is so typical - announce big plans with no time table, no financial backing, no nothing
Well well - it seems both PennLive and the City of Harrisburg is interested in our opinions on development. Really, you would think by now they would cloak their IP addresses.
