Anniken Davenport is an attorney and writer. She has served as a medical board prosecutor and
directed the Wilson College Legal Studies Program for five years. She is currently working on a book
on the medical malpractice crisis and is the author of the textbook Basic Criminal Law published by
Pearson/PrenticeHall. She is an adjunct instructor of business law at Harrisburg Area Community

Sorry--I don't know how to start a new thread. (I almost made a typo and said threat, lol)....that would have been a good one!
Anyway--did anyone attend the Harrisburg School District meeting tonight? There are furlough rumors, program cut rumors, etc.
Sorry--I can't trust the Patriot News to report unbiasedly on this subject anymore.
Hey anon: I think only I can start a new thread. It's a weakness of this free program. But I'll post the question tomorrow.
I understand that $20 million is just the tip to bring the District back to square one before the money was spent like crazy.
If they get this money--they need more independent financial oversight.
A few days ago they said they needed it for Sci-Tech--now they are saying they need it for other things.
