533. Special powers.

I believe Gov. Rendell, who lives right in this mix, should grant special powers to clean out the riff-raff in the streets. Him and the Mayor have to know whats happening. Where are they? I said before, Bring in the FBI, and more police. Swamp the effected areas and make the presence felt. Desperate times call for desperate measures. If you get caught with a gun illegally,,, do heavy time. Make an example out of some of these cowboys. Next step is call in the National guard and patrol the streets for a few months. Show these punks you are serious.
