City exodus continues

It looks like people are moving further and further away from cities and even the suburbs have suburbs.

I live in a pretty quiet area of Harrisburg, but everytime I have to stop to pickup an empty beer bottle off my street I think of moving out to the burbs! Then I come back to reality and realize where ever you live there will be nuisances. City nuisances for me are beer bottles and loud music from passing cars.

The thought of commuting for hours makes any move out seem pretty stupid to me.

I would never even commute from Carlisle or York. (And not jus because both of those places suck.)

There's trash everywhere. There's crime everywhere. I used to live 2 doors down from a crackhouse and that was a real treat, but I love that neighborhood and would move back in a second if there was something available. Call me crazy.
